At Zyflo, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zyflo.site. Returns should be sent to the address provided once your return is approved.
After your return request is accepted, we will issue a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
